Move It Recovery LTD covers the South of England, including Hampshire, London and the Home Counties. Just let us know the postcode, or provide the what3words location and we’ll collect the vehicle from you at a time that’s suitable for you.

UPDATE the DVLA

When a vehicle reaches its end of life and you opt to sell it to us to have it scrapped, you must inform the DVLA. This is a relatively straightforward process that tells the DVLA you've sold your vehicle and can be done via an online form here.

Before you begin this process, ensure you have your 11 digit document reference number from your registration certificate (V5C).

Provide our name and registered address details: Move It Recovery LTD, 15 Segensworth Road, Fareham, Hampshire, England, PO15 5DZ. Enter in your cars registration number and your 11 digit document reference number from your registration certificate (V5C), confirm the date of the sale and an email address if you’d like confirmation - and that’s it!

Following this, destroy the yellow section 9 of your registration certificate (V5C/3), and in due course the DVLA will write to you confirming you are no longer responsible for the car.
